Loretta “Lori” Matlock, 53, of Baytown, Texas, passed away July 8, 2021. She was born in Pasadena, Texas on March 2, 1968 to Lewis Earl Matlock and Carla Anne Baker. She was married to Freddie Miller for 8 and a half years.
Lori had a career in payroll processing and HR management for Brown and Root, JSW Steel, Techorr, and American National. She had a passion for shopping, purses, and makeup.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Earl Matlock, paternal grandparents, Claude and Mae Matlock, and maternal grandmother, Patsy Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Freddie Miller, daughter, Rachael Davidson, mother, Carla Baker, brothers, David Matlock, and James Matlock, sister, Christie Matlock, brother-in-law Greg Horn, nephew, Waylon Matlock, nieces, Dixie Sickles, Rebecca Matlock, Liberty Matlock, and Pressley Matlock.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral services beginning at 12:00 p.m., at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, Texas 77521. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton, Texas.
