Mary Patsy Muller Connor

Mary Patsy Muller Connor, 75, of Baytown, passed away at her place of residence Saturday November 12, 2005. She was born in Nacogdoches, TX December 1, 1929 to her parents, Fedell and Lela Muller. She taught Art in the Goose Creek School District at James Bowie Elementary and Alamo Elementary. She enjoyed her family, bridge Club, traveling, theater, boating, and the arts. Mary Pat was a founding member of the Baytown Art League and served as its first president. She attended Texas Women’s University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Education, and The University of Houston where she received her Masters Degree in Education. She had a great appreciation and love for beauty and uniqueness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Wesley Muller.

She is survived by her husband, Jack H. Conner; daughters, Patricia Harrop, Engel Harrop, Ann Pfeiffer; Renee Cates; step-children, John Connor, Missy Hodson; grandchildren, Roxanne Prichard, Andrea Prichard, Ben Pfeiffer, Matt Pfeiffer, James Heath, Patrick Heath, Michael Cates; great-grandchildren, Gabby, Logan, and Andrew Heath; brothers, Albert Muller, Guy Muller.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Joseph Spitler. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Nacogdoches, TX at 3:00 p.m.

Serving as pallbearers will be Guy Muller, Albert Muller, Dennis Pfeiffer, Matt Pfeiffer, Ben Pfeiffer, and Keith Brownfield.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that remembrances go to the Art League Of Baytown in honor of Mary Pat Connor.
