He is survived by his parents, Jason Jacobs and Mari Franklin-Jacobs; brother, Landon Jacobs; sister, Alissa Jacobs; grandmothers, Debra Jacobs and Randy Gunn; grandfathers, Wayne Jacobs and his wife Sylvia, and Dudley Boutin; great-grandfather, Howard Franklin; great-grandmothers, Betty Ann Jacobs and Verna Quattlebaum; uncles, Travis Jacobs and wife Amy, Kris Jacobs and wife Sabrina, and Troy Boutin and his wife Keri; aunt, Keri Agee; great-aunts, Janice Bozarth and Rita Harshaw and her husband Joe; cousins, Alex Flores, Jessica, Tyler, Dakota, David and Kloie Jacobs and Aaron and Bree Boutin.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 4, 2009 at Navarre Funeral Home with Mr. David Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Crest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2009 at the funeral home.
