She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Murlene Hester; husband, Hayden Wayne ""Pineknott"" Stephens, Sr.; sisters, Wanda Goolsby and Dolores Creek; and brother, Andy Hester. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Baldemar Garcia of Baytown; sons, Hayden Stephens Jr. of Mont Belvieu and Heath Stephens of Highlands; grandchildren, Hayden Stephens III, MaKaylah Stephens, Devin Garcia, Dylan Garcia, and Easton Stephens; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. David Pryor officiating. At her request, Nancy will be cremated afterwards.
