Nevaeh Brooke Blake, 1 month old daughter of Somer Tomplaint and Matt Farmer and Fred Blake, all of Baytown, was born September 27, 2005 in Houston and passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2005 in a local hospital.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. John Black officiating.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Dillon and A. J. Shepherd and grandfather, Daniel Tomplait Sr. and is survived by her parents; sister, Kailey Farmer of Baytown; grandmother, Lynell Daigle of Beaumont; great grandmother, Mildred Daigle of Beaumont; aunts, Brooke Guthrie of Louisiana and Melissa Farmer of Highlands; uncle, Daniel Scott Tomplait Jr. of Louisiana, and great aunt, Shirley Fay Blake of Highlands.
