He his preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Carl Crowder.

Noah is survived by his parents, Derick and Allison Carter, Cove. His maternal Grandmother, Sonya Crowder, of Cove, Great-grand-mother, Selma Crowder, also of Cove. Paternal grandmother, Linda Smith, of Baytown. Great Aunts & Uncles, Alicia & Dean Rogers of Houston, Carol & Billy Anderson of Spring, Uncles, Kevin & Jessica Carter, Baytown, Shane Smith of Baytown, Aunt, Kelly Smith of Baytown and numerous cousins.

Graveside services will be at Memory Gardens on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 10:00 am under the direction of Navarre Funeral Home, Dr. E. Richard Steel officiating.
