Otho W. Pace, 80, of Baytown, TX, formerly Little Rock, AR, was born in Little Rock on January 22, 1926 and passed away Sunday, May 21, 2006 in a Baytown hospital. He was a Sergeant with the Arkansas State Police, where he retired with 33 years of service. After retirement, he worked for Dillard’s Department Stores, where he was a personal assistant and driver to William Dillard for 12 years. He was a U. S. Army WWII veteran and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Little Rock for 42 years.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Baytown at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Bill Ingram officiating.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Imogene Davis Pace of Baytown; brother and sister-in-law, Roy D. and Phyllis Davis of Albany, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Willene and Fredrick Reutz and his nephew and his wife, Bobby and Linda Davis, all of Baytown; many other nieces and nephews; and his devoted dog, Sugar.
