Robert E. Hollaway Jr.

Robert Emory Hollaway, Jr., 72, of Baytown, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He was born in Baytown, Texas on November 18, 1953, to Robert Emory Hollaway, Sr. and Margaret Danten Andrus Hollaway.

Robert worked at Exxon Mobil in Baytown, Texas and retired after 40 years of service. He enjoyed rebuilding cars, hunting and fishing at his property in East Texas, and spending time with family and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Margaret Hollaway; his grandparents, Elroy Hollaway and Katherine, Amon and Dolly Andrus; his brother, Jimmy Parker; and brother-in-law, Randy Brewer.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sheila Hollaway; his son, Robert Shawn Hollaway, Sr. and wife Heather; brothers, Gary Hollaway, John Hollaway and wife Barbie, Mark Hollaway and wife Stephanie; sister, Dolly Brewer; grandchildren, Robert Shawn Hollaway, Jr., Ross Hollaway (Kat), Bradley Hollaway, Brandon Hollaway, Devin Forsyth, and Hannah Forsyth ; and great-granddaughter, Everlee Hollaway; aunt and uncle, Larry and Ellen Hollaway.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Monday, February 16, 2026, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, Texas 77521. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Navarre Funeral Home Chapel. Committal will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, Baytown, Texas.
