

Terry Allan Twiggs, 66, of Baytown, TX, was born June 11, 1947, in Indianapolis, IN, and grew up in the greater Houston area. He passed away at his home on Friday, April 25, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Before retiring after 25 years of service from the Harris County Sheriff's Office as a Sergeant, he served with the Harris County Precinct 3 Constable's Office and the Jacinto City Police Department. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, a dedicated public servant, and a committed follower of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Dorothy Twiggs. He is survived by his wife, Celia Twiggs of Baytown; daughters, Mary Amanda Bomar of Baytown and Michelle Trammel of Mena, AR; son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Maritza Alexander of Baytown; grandchildren, Hunter Allan Bomar, Ronnie Alexander II, and Matthew and Steven Trammel; and great-great grandchild, Ronnie Alexander III. He is also survived by the Osegueda Family, the Huddleston Family, the Hinojosa Family and his Harris County Sherriff's Department family.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home on Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 28, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Shannon W. Bowdoin officiating. Burial with honors rendered by the Harris County Sherriff's Office will follow.
Serving as pallbearers will be Elias Osegueda, Jr., Bill Huddleston, Sheila Jones, Zack Jolly, Danny McLea, and J. R. Miller. Honorary pallbearers include Hunter Allan Bomar and Kaden Elias Osegueda.
