

Wallace Turner, 52, of Baytown, TX was born November 12, 1953 in Baytown and passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2006 in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and was a chemical operator at Advanced Aromatics. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cooking and loved his family.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2006 at Navarre Funeral Home with Bishop Cleon Carraway officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be his two sons, Eric and James, and Lulu Rodriguez, Tim Turner, James Trapp, Wil Toney, Jakie Sims, and Brandon Hiles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Earl Turner, mother and stepfather, Tommie Lee and Bill Henderson, brother, Bryan Turner, and father-in-law and best friend, Jim White. He is survived by his wife, the love of his life and best friend, Sonya Turner; children, Eric Turner and wife Elena, Christie Turner, James Edward “Jet” Turner, and Candace Turner; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Sarah Maxwell, Danny and Sandy Maxwell, Timothy Turner, and Lulu and Rachel Rodriguez; sister and brother-in-law, Kim Lee and Chuck Blum; grandchildren, Kaitlen, Erica, Kiley, and Elyssa Turner; mother-in-law, Pat White; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Tammy and James Trapp, Amy and Wil Toney, and Jimmy and Karen White; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of many, many friends.
