She was born to the late Octavio and Maria Flores on February 24, 1950 in Diaz Ordaz, Tamaulipas MX.
Yolanda was a dedicated Wife and Mother first and foremost. She adored her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as a grandmother, better known to her grandchildren as “Ama”. Yolanda loved Nature; plants, flowers, gardening, camping, trail walks, and tending to her chickens. She enjoyed watching Home, Garden, and Cooking Channels during her spare time. Yolanda was a woman of much class, elegance, and grace. Her exquisite taste was evident in her persona, sense of fashion and home décor. Yolanda was a lifetime devout member of the Jehovah Witness faith with a very solid and strong conviction. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
Yolanda is survived by her loving husband Jose P. Cienega of 47 years. Two children; Claudia Mosqueda, Orlando Cienega and wife Jessica. Six grandchildren Aidan C. Mosqueda, Azalie B. Cienega, John A. Mosqueda, Shazia Mosqueda, Loren N. Cienega, and Maximiliano A. Cienega. Two great grandchildren; Giselle A. Mosqueda, and Xander M. Mosqueda.
Visitation will be held at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home 3919 Garth Rd. Baytown Tx. 77531 on Thursday March 28th from 5:00 PM- 9:00 PM. Funeral Service will be Friday, March 29th at 10:00 AM at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home.
