Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lee Charlton, and brother, Carl Gage. She is survived by her son, Gerald Charlton, and wife Carolyn; daughter, Patricia Royer, and husband Carlton; grandchildren, Joseph Sanders, Lore LaBouf, Jeffrey Charlton, Michael Lee Kunefke, Felicia Kunefke, Michael Bryan Kunefke, Loria Chaddon; great grandchildren, Joe, Gracie, Joshua, Declan, and Hailee.
Visitation will take place Sunday, November 27, 2011 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services to be held Monday, November 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel.
