James Burke Foret, 58, of Nederland, died Sunday, November 20, 2022 at his residence. A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Nederland for 28 years and was a master electrician and engineer with RDS. James loved watching football especially the Dallas Cowboys, he enjoyed being a part and coaching his kids in their sports activities, he really enjoyed cooking especially bar-b-que, enjoyed taking long trips, and really enjoyed spending time with his family.
A celebration of James's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont.
James was preceded in death by his parents, John Roland and Doris Jean Burnett Foret, Sr., sister, Tamela "Tammy" Foret.
James is survived by his son, James Bryce Foret of Nederland, daughter, Avery Foret of Leadville, CO., half son, Brent Bergeron of Austin, and half-daughter, and Brie Bergeron of Washington DC., brother, John Roland Foret, Jr., of St. Petersburg, FL.
James will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
