Janie Perez Loya, 75, a forty-seven year resident of Beaumont passed away on Thursday January 5, 2017 in Beaumont. Janie was born on June 24, 1941 in Beeville, Texas to her parents Vincente Perez and Victoria Saenz Perez who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her son; Vince Edward Loya, one brother, and three sisters. Janie is survived by her loving husband Ernest R. Loya of Beaumont, son; Ernest Anthony Loya and wife Janet of League City, brother; Vincente Perez and wife Dora of San Antonio, two grandchildren; Ashley Guidry and husband Joseph, Braden Loya, three great grandchildren; Karson Guidry, Olivia Grace Guidry, and Ann Margaret Guidry.
Janie was a Catholic by faith and attended Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Beaumont. She enjoyed being active with her church and was a Eucharistic Minister.
Visitation will be held on Sunday January 8, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday 10:00 a.m. at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Beaumont with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
