Karen Spinning Daniel, 66, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on December 19, 2013. She was born on August 24, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia to her late parents, Richard and Lois Spinning. Karen was a member of First United Methodist Church of Beaumont.
Karen is survived by her husband of 44 years, Sam Daniel; one daughter Brandi Daniel Crawford; one son-in-law, Corby Crawford; and three grandchildren, Win, Wells, and Meridan Crawford, all of Beaumont.
In lieu of flowers, Karen requested that donations be made to Beaumont Children’s Museum, P.O. Box 7293, Beaumont, TX 77726.
A visitation service will be held on Friday, December 27 from 6 to 8 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, December 28 at First United Methodist Church.
