Leslye Elouise Hoffpauir Bridgers, 93, of Bridge City, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, November 30, 2025. She was born on November 21, 1932, in Beaumont to Leslie Nathan Hoffpauir and Ruby Foreman Hoffpauir.
Leslye was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family. She enjoyed mowing the lawn, cooking, sewing, sports, and traveling. She embraced her role as a homemaker with grace and unwavering dedication to raising her children and caring for her family. It was her dedication and faithfulness to her family that leaves with us her greatest impact and legacy.
Leslye was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of sixty-one years, Kenneth Redrick Bridgers, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Danette “Annie” Trotter; grandson, Eric MacCammond; and sisters, Ann Webb, Syble Melignano, Loraine Collins, and Barbara Bibb.
She is survived by her sons, Ricky Bridgers and Mary Bridgers; Terry Bridgers and his wife Denise, of Bridge City; Chris Bridgers and his wife Donna, of Beaumont; daughter, Debbie Bridgers, of Bridge City; grandchildren, Authum MacCammond, Kimberly Bridgers Naquin and her husband Mike, Shawn Bridgers, Dustin Bridgers, and Christopher Bridgers; five great-grandchildren, seven great-great- grandchildren; sister, Ruby Hanna of Kountze; and brother-in-law Ross Bridgers and Jo Rena Russell of Denham Springs, Louisiana.
A visitation for Leslye will begin at 9AM on Friday, December 5, 2025, followed by a Celebration of Life at 10AM. The visitation and service will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont, Texas, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Bridgers, Dustin Bridgers, James Mason, Jaxen Mason, Mike Naquin, Wyatt Naquin.
