Just thinking about you n daddy. I muss u both so much.  The family got together yesterday for Rachel Charles n the boys and we all felt you both looking down on us all and we know you were proud of us all.  I love you and miss you both so very much.  We r keeping our promise to stay close n in touch with each other. Always n my heart n thoughts. Xoxoxo forever.

Mommy you have left this earth to live in the house of the lord and daddy. Give everyone a hug n kiss for me. I miss you so much.  You will always be in my heart and I will always have our memories. I let you and daddy down in my lifetime, but you never gave up and most of all you never stopped loving me. Linda and I have so many memories.  Mommy linda and I watched you take your last breath on this earth as you watched us take our first breath. I felt a coolness as God lifted you into his house to be with him and daddy. I feel empty andlost.  You were not just my mommy, you were my best friend.  Linda and I will be ok. Time will heal our hearts. We will do our best to keep the family together as you did. RIP my dear you always were like a mother to me since I was a young boy, I lived under your roof and ate at your table more times than I could ever count. You and Mr. Tyler were the best and I will miss you and Mr. Tyler for the rest of my life. There was a time when I disappointed you but you forgave me and continued to love me. My prayers and love and heart travel with you. I have to stop now my eyes are blurring from my tears

Miss Mary shall be missed.  I always enjoyed it when she would come to the Joe Tyler home in Hickory Creek, TX so she would cook some 'real' Mexican food! Sorry for your loss, may she rest pain-free and in peace.

It's a bitter sweet feeling, losing a loved one. Words are almost impossible to find and emotions are always running wild. The love my Granny had for all of her kids, grandkids and her great grand children go beyond measure. She was always so out spoken and honest. I may not have many memories with her, but hearing all kinds of stories from loved ones around me makes me feel closer to her. I'll never forget her and the greatness she left behind. I feel like I owe her so much, without her and my papa I wouldn't have my amazing grandmother Judy. She raised an amazing family and we are all so blessed beyond measure to call her ours. Granny you may be gone from this Earth but never from our hearts..

You may have left this earth as we know it Granny but you will never leave our hearts and memories. I have so many wonderful memories with you, spending my every summer with you and you teaching me so many things. You always showed me so much love no matter how bad I was acting like the summer I didn't want to brush my hair so you got it cut off and mom didn't even recognize me in the new pictures with Melanie. Oh the memories you caring for so many other people that couldn't care for themselves and still making time for all of us. I am thankful for the woman you raised that I call Momma she is so strong and amazing just like you and Granny I know you will continue to live on through her and Linda they are both just like you. I hope that one day I will be just like you with giving unconditionally of yourself to others no matter what. I will always hold you close to my heart you are my ray of sunshine always in my rose garden. May you rest in peace without pain that you have lived in my whole life.

Gone but never forgotten....

I will never forget my Granny.  I will never forget her fideo.  I will never forget Kackawate(her chihuahua).  I will never forget following her around the kitchen as she prepared our dinner or breakfast.  I will never forget riding in the car with her as she listened to her Spanish music with me asking repeatedly "Granny, what are they saying granny"  with her response of either "I don't know" or "they are talking about love".   I always asked granny to teach me Spanish, but the most I could ever get out of her was mi hijo.  I know she spoke Spanish and I have heard her speak it on plenty of occasions with other fluent spanish speakers, but for some reason it never rubbed off on me.  To honor you Granny, I am going to become fluent in Spanish and I will pass this skill on from you, through me, to your twin grand children, and any other future children of mine.  I love you so much and you will forever be in my thoughts and memories.
