Raymond Pascual, Jr., 74 of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2019. Raymond (Ray) was born October 26, 1944 in Houston, Texas to Raymond Pascual and Enid Lee Sillivan. Ray was husband to his beloved wife of 48 years, Norma Pascual, married on January 8, 1968 in Vallecillo, Mexico.
Ray retired from Entergy in 2005 where he worked for many years as a utility surveyor. Ray proudly served in the U.S. Army and fought in the Vietnam War. He then served in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, being honorably discharged from both. Ray could always be found in the bookstore and close to his garden, wife, son and grandchildren, as he really enjoyed living a peaceful life, day by day.
Ray is predeceased by his beloved son, John Alex Graham, Jr., and his father and mother, and grandmother, Bobbie Sillivan. Ray is survived by his wife, and his cherished granddaughters Kristy Denbow and grandson-in-law, Shane of Vidor, Texas, Ashlee Jones and grandson-in-law, Jake of Dripping Spring, Texas, and Haylee Graham of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by his great grandchildren Cana Byrd, Michael Chase Denbow, and Isla and Ella Jones. He was the brother to Bill Davis and wife Kathy of Sun City West, Arizona, Patty Spillars of Lake Jackson, Texas, Charlie Davis and wife Laura of Milton, Florida, and Michele Ray and husband Mike of Bryan, Texas.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, in Beaumont, Texas. An Opening & Closing Ceremony of his Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetery will follow. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the U.S. Veterans of Foreign Wars or The Michael J.
