Richard Earl Jones, 58, of Vidor died Thursday, January 15, 2026 at his residence.A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Vidor since 2011 and was a sheet metal worker. Richard enjoyed hotrods, fishing, and boating.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents John Robert and Julia Clift Jones, son Louie Jones, and his brother Kenneth Jones.
Richard is survived by his sons Zachary Jones and his wife Alicia of Vidor, Carter Jones of Texarkana, and Max Jones of Florida, daughter Heather Jones of Groves, brother Allen Jones of the Houston Area, and by his grandchildren Emma Yemmo of Vidor, Liam Miller, and Addie Miller both of Groves.
Richard will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
