Richard Ira Warner, Jr., 81 of Silsbee, died Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Orange, he has lived in Silsbee since 2000, and was a retired pipefitter with Mobil Oil Refinery in Beaumont. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Richard enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gardening, stone polishing, leatherworking, and spending time with his family.
A Celebration of Richard's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, with entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife Donna Kay Warner, parents Richard and Jimmie Warner, Sr., brothers Michael Warner, Phil Warner, and 1/2 brother Donald Warner.
Richard is survived by his son Richard Warner and his wife Erica of Mauriceville, daughter Tammy Conger and her husband Bryan of Lumberton, sister Jo Katherine Self of Orange, 1/2 sister Beverly Moore of Carthage, TX., and his grandchildren: Dr. Amanda Warner and her husband Hamzah Abedelwahab of Texas City, Richard Anthony Warner and his wife Maddie of Orangefield, Emily Warner of Orange, Grafton Conger and his wife Larkin of Lumberton, and Grayson Conger of Lumberton.
Richard will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
