Robert Major Jones, 84, of Lumberton, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 in Beaumont. Robert was born on July 31, 1930 in Kentwood, Louisiana to Claude and Bessie Frazier. Survivors include his step-children, Veronica Payton of Lumberton, Amanda Lafferty of Buna, Angela Mayhugh of Lumberton, and Jody Russell of Houston. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
