Samuel “Sam” Perez, 52, a lifelong resident of Beaumont, passed away on Thursday February 12, 2015 in Beaumont. Sam was born of February 7, 1963 in Beaumont, Texas to his parents Francisco and Dolores Moreno Perez who preceded him in death. He worked as a salesperson for M. & D. Supply in Beaumont. During his spare time he enjoyed working on vehicles and loved running the roads. Surviving Sam are four brothers, Frank Perez, Adam Perez, Paul Perez, Roy Perez, four sisters, Gloria Weathington, Angela Marie Perez, Julie Smith, and Melinda Aklin. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
A catered reception memorial service celebrating Sam’s life will be on Friday February 20, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel and Hospitality Room.
