Dale R. Goebel of Beaverton, OR passed away October 7, 2013 surrounded by his loving family and friends. Dale was born on August 27, 1938 in Lansing, Michigan and moved to Beaverton in 1987. He retired from Sequent Computers as Vice President of Engineering. He is survived by his wife, Florence, his daughter, Kathy and her husband David Foley of Hillsboro, OR, his son Jim Goebel of Gaviota, Ca, daughter-in-law, Judi Ware Goebel, of Santa Barbara, CA. grandchildren David James Foley and his wife Christina of Cornelius, OR, Katy Foley of Hillsboro, OR, Dayle and Austin Goebel of Santa Barbara, CA.. Celebration of Life will be held at Sunset Bowling Lanes in Beaverton on October 22 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice or your favorite charity.
