Francisco A. Balangue, 94, of Belleville, passed away in comfort and peace on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Born in Manila, Philippines, he came to Belleville, NJ in 1992. Mr Balangue was an award winning movie art director with Philippine Film Studios, Inc. and is one of the movie industry experts who led and managed art and construction sets of international films such as Apocalypse Now, Born on the 4th of July, Platoon and many more (http://tinyurl.com/tataykiko) before retiring. He was a member of the Movie Workers Welfare Foundation. Francisco is survived by his beloved wife, Isabel, his loving daughter, Evelyn, and sons, Rolando and Manuel and their families. He also leaves several grandchildren and great grandchildren along with many dear relatives in the Philippines and was deceased by 4 siblings.
