Margaret was a long time resident of Tillamook and worked at the plywood mill in Garibaldi and enjoyed the students and work at the Tillamook School District until she retired.
Margaret was preceded in death by Carl Meyer, her husband of 49 years; Tommy Thompson, her 2nd husband of 5 years; Carl Meyer her son of Cypress CA; and Shawn Anderson, grand daughter.

Margaret enjoyed painting ceramics for over 40 years and spent many hours over the past 14 years at Jan’s Ceramics in Aloha. Margaret’s pieces won numerous awards and several pieces were given to family as Christmas gifts.
Margaret was an avid walker and received many metals from 10K volksport walking events all over the NW, many times completing 2-3 events in one day.
Margaret will always be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes and a smile that was endless. She loved her family and was the happiest when they were around her. During her life, she touched many people in her special, quiet way. She will be dearly missed, but will remain in their memories and hearts forever.
