Raymond J. LeBrun passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2013. He was 92. He was born in Langdon, North Dakota to Oscar and Laura LeBrun, one of eight children. His family moved to Oregon in 1937. Ray served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific during World War II. He had a long career with the Postal Service beginning with the Railway Mail Service and finishing as superintendant of the Registry Section in Portland. He was predeceased by his wife Johanna in 1999. Also preceding him were his sister Martha and brothers, Emile, Charles and Gerard. He is survived by his sister, Marian and brothers, Paul and Leo. He is survived by his daughter Norene, son Larry, granddaughters, Caryn (Doug) and Holly (Robert) and four great grandchildren, Kendall, Mikayla, Aidan and Dawson. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Cecilia’s Church in Beaverton on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 10:00am.
