PAULINE MARIE LEGG OAK HILL – Pauline Marie Legg, 86, of Oak Hill, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Hilltop Nursing Center in Hilltop, WV. Born on March 30, 1928 at Wendell, WV she was the daughter of the late Homer H. Legg Sr. and Estelle Childers Legg. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Harless Legg, Tracy Legg and Homer Legg Jr.; two sisters, Vera Legg and Mozelle Cox. Left to cherish her memory include niece, Donna Legg-Hendrickson and her husband John of Mt. Hope, WV; nephews, Robin Cox and his wife Crystal of Madison, NC, Louis Cox and his wife, Wanda of Pounding Mills, VA and Vernon Cox Jr. and his wife Peggy of Princeton, WV; great nephews and niece, John Wesley Hendrickson, Timmy Cox and Tammy Cox; great-great nephews Zack Cox, Alex Cox, and Cameron Cox; great-great nieces Ashley Cox and Ashton Cox. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Dr. Randy James officiating. Burial will follow at Highlawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at the funeral home.
