74, passed away Nov. 15, 2013. She was born in Coventry, RI to the late Irvan and Eva LeBer.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband Joseph Bailey; children Debbie (Kenny) King, Sandra Van Vlymen, Barbara (Nick Love) Payne, and Raymond (Gina Rose ) Nesbit; step children Joseph Neal (Judy) Bailey and Martha Jo Bailey; grandchildren Sommer Van Vlymen, Roxanne Zoderer, Bailey Van Vlymen, Fernando Pedroza, Jacob Pedroza, Noah Lovem, Vanessa Van Vlymen, Ethan Payne, Jesse King, Molly Payne, and Oscar Miller-Nesbit; great grandchildren Bellamy Toth, Aiden Pedroza and Jacob Armanie Pedroza; sisters Janice (Roland) Goodness and Penny (Pete) Phaneuf and brother Charles (Marie)
