Chris enjoyed collecting knives and hats. He was a big fan of movies and had a very large collection. Chris loved spending time with his children, Emmett and Sophia. He was a great father and his kids meant the world to him. Chris worked at following the teachings of Bill W. He was also a very good and loyal friend and he will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
Chris is survived by his children, Emmett and Sophia Wilder; mother, Mary Rita Wilder; brothers, Bill (Teresa) Wilder and Jim (Stacy) Wilder; nieces and nephew, Jake Wilder, Liv Wilder, Jessica Wilder and Megan Wilder; and uncle, Dan Steffey. Chris was preceded in death by his father, James Wilder; and grandparents, Lois and Emmett Steffey.
Visitation for Chris will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Little and Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main Street, Beech Grove, IN 46107.
