Edith was my best friend for 47 years.  She was my partner in fun and crisis.  I am going to miss her. Show the angels ho to have fun. Thinking of you always,

I was saddened to hear of the death of your Mother.  I worked with her for many years at State Police in the Records Division.  She had a smile that could light up the room.  I ask our Heavenly Father to give you, the family and her closet friend, Stella Hanley what your heart needs the most at this time.

To us Edith was the Dear Friend who lived across the street,she was our "Anne Oakley" shooting the squirrels,the gardener picking the rattlesnake beans off the bean pole we made for her,the one we could call anytime to give advice or help with projects,a loving giving person to her family and friends,painter of beautiful oil paintings,a "material" girl for sure she loved piecing quilts and going to the quilt guild auction (we'd come home with a load},loved her flowers and trees,the snow falls last winter and the Christmas scenes.She was a special friend to Missy she loved her and the feeling was mutual cause Missy adored Edith.We will miss her very much  especially me {Carol} she seemed to know when I needed someone to talk to.What a joy it has been to have her for these few years as neighbor and especially Friend.
 She was blessed with her wonderful caretakers her sister Vernie and her "witty" & caring brother-in-law  Gene,you two are wonderful people! 
 To all the family we send our Deepest Sympathy your loss is also our loss.

 I know that your brother Roy was one of those who greatly loved you and was one of those who stood by to walk with you when crossed over. Forever and always, you will be greatly missed. To my cousins and all of my aunts and uncles, my greatest sympathies.

Mother was a loving and caring woman. She was there for anyone who needed. She was witty to the point that you hoped it wasn't you, then wished it was. She wasn't without fault, but now it really doesn't matter. It only hurt for a while, because she always made up for it. She took care of us even when some said it wouldn't be possible. And she did it alone. Now we are. Mom will be forever missed. We love you , Mom.
