Florence Francis Hobbs

Florence Francis Hobbs, age 83, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away on Friday June 22, 2018. Florence was born November 24, 1934 in Talladega, Alabama to Lucille Proctor and John Proctor where she grew up prior to moving to Indiana.

Florence was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed gardening, reading, meeting new people, and caring for her family.

Florence is survived by; son Byron (Sharon) Hobbs; brother Paul Proctor, brother Frank Proctor and sister Rachel Price; granddaughter Shannon R Hobbs and grandson Ryan J Hobbs.

Florence was preceded in death by; father John Proctor and mother Lucille Proctor, 3 brothers, 7 sisters, and her husband of 62 years Clarence W. Hobbs.

A graveside service for Florence will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, Indiana with a burial to follow.
