My thoughts are with your family. I am truly sorry for your loss. Bob and I went to school together. Although, we've been out of touch for quite some time I will remember the good times.

We met your family in 1973 Freshman year at BGHS through Billy and Ben, we all had some really good times together with your family. Bob was a great person, it is so hard to believe that they have all three gone on.  We hope the sadness of your loss will be lessened by the memories that live on.

To the Christian Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I will always remember the boys as young wrestlers, intellegent, handsome, and deticated to being champions, and to so many they were all that, and  much more.
Please try to remember the good times, in this the toughest of times. 
The boys brought great joy and pride to us all through there accomplishments.
Benny with his mind and determination, Billy with his strength and speed, and Bobby with his athletacism and power. 
I will always hold dear these memories, and when I speak to others about the really good ones, that I have been blessed to coach, the Christians are at the top of the list. 
They will live on in my heart, and in a special way, in the hearts and minds of all those young men who have learned, and who will learn, the Christian Cradle. 
I see them now, wrestling hard to see who is best.

To the Christian Family- I was very close to Ben, I was devastated when he died. Then, Bill and now Bob. I can't imagine. My prayers are with you all. I will always remember Bob "showing off" at The Beech Grove skate rink. I think of them often.

My heart is full of sadness and grief and I am so sorry to hear about Bob's passing.  My prayers are with all of you.  Bob was such a special person and I am very blessed to have known and loved him.  Bob's smile could light up a room and he was a tender and loving person.  There is something special about the memories of your first love, and then to reconnect with that person after 30 years, is a gift.  
I will cherish our times together when we were just young kids in love; Bob was a wrestler and I got to cheer him on as a wrestlerette.  He always admired and respected Coach Mac.  I'll remember the skating parties, the dances, and my garage parties with the black lights.  We walked together in graduation.
I will also cherish the times that we shared later in life.  I am so thankful that God had a plan for our paths to cross again in Feb., 2010.  I will remember our long talks, his laughter, jokes, and sharing recipes.  We had a song, "You are so Beautiful" by Joe Cocker.  I couldn't believe that you still remembered after all of these years, but you said it out loud with no hesitation.  Not everyone has a song, but we did.  You are still beautiful to me Bob.
Rest in peace with God and your brothers.  You will always have a special place in my heart.  I miss you and I will always love you.

I knew Bob during the old BG days growing up. I am very sorry for his passing. My prayers are for his family, that they they are comforted during this difficult time.

 Bob was like a big brother to me. When I was a freshman, I can name 4 or 5 guys that took me under their wing and looked out for me. The rest, I'm sure know who you are! My heart breaks for you. I lost my brother in July of 2011 from a heart attack. He was 50.

My heart and prayers go out to Bob's family and all the friends close to him. In our school days together at Beech Grove, a fond memory of him was when he was crowned the 1979 Homecoming King. He had such a great smile and heart to match.  I'm glad I knew him.
