Loving mother, daughter and sister. She will be in our hearts and truly missed. Taken too young, she is survived by her daughter; Annabella Miller, parents; Linda Smythe and Timothy Stultz, sister; Crystal Shelton, brothers; Ryan Smythe and Dustin Stultz and many family and friends. A memorial celebration will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 2-6 pm at Christ Fellowship of Indianapolis-8902 S. Sherman Dr., Indianapolis, IN, 46237.
