Loretta Marie Utterback, 84, of Indianapolis, entered into eternal rest on January 6, 2024. She was born on February 13, 1939 in Beech Grove, IN to the late George and Christine Gaither. Loretta enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and cooking. Spending time with her family was something that she cherished. Her grandchildren meant the world to her.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Timmy Utterback; daughter, Debra Skaggs; sisters, Carolyn Doss and Mary Ann Bays; and brother, George Gaither.
She is survived by her loving husband, Richard O. Utterback; children, Tony Utterback, Rick Utterback, and Greg Utterback; brother, Bobie Gaither; sister, Dolores Kuhn; eight grandchildren; along with six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM both of which will be held at Holy Name Catholic Church, 89 N. 17th Ave., Beech Grove, IN 46107. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery - Indianapolis.
