Mark "Deacon" Howard: 92, passed away February 15, 2017. He was born in Evansville, IN to the late Mark and Marie Howard. Mark retired from Glass Container where his was a machine operator for over 35 years. He was a WWII veteran serving in the Army Air Corp. Mark was a lifelong bowler, his favorite alley was Beech Grove Bowl and was a diehard Chicago Cub fan.
He is survived by his children Linda (John) Crooke, Cheryl Carter, Danny (Mary Jo) Howard, and Mark H. (Diane) Howard; 6 grandsons; and 2 great grandsons. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Reinking Howard.
Visitation will be held Monday Feb. 20th from 3:00-8:00 PM at Little & Sons Beech Grove Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday Feb. 21st at 2:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial to follow at Concordia Cemetery.
