Nina Kathryn Perry

Nina K. (Shoemaker) Perry 72, of Beech Grove, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019 at Franciscan Hospice House in Indianapolis. She was born November 4, 1946 in Louellen, Kentucky to the late D. Harold and Frances Marie (Surrett) Shoemaker. Nina retired from the City of Beech Grove after many years of dedicated service. Nina was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Lonnie L. Perry. They were married on January 15, 1965 and were married 46 years at the time Lonnie passed. Nina was preceded in death by brother Harold Bruce of LeJunior, Kentucky and her sister Jacquelyn R. (Shoemaker) Eaton of Martinsville, Indiana. Nina loved her family more than anything. She is survived by her daughter, Jacquelyn M. Perry of Beech Grove; and her son Lonnie L. Perry, Jr. (Brandy) of Indianapolis; Dr. Pedro Santos Canonico of Spain; and Maria I. Lazar (Kevin) of Colombia/New York; brothers, Delton K. Shoemaker and George Shoemaker of LeJunior Kentucky; sister Tammie D. Cochran of Beech Grove, Indiana 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; ; 2 nieces and a nephew Visitation will be held at Little and Sons Beech Grove Chapel on Monday, April 8, 2019 from 10:00am-12:00pm.
