Rick was truely a giving person, putting others ahead of Himself. His family always came first. He's been gone just a short time but it seem alot longer. Miss talking to Him, something you take for granted. Maybe not here physically, but will never be out of our minds or our Hearts, With Love Larry.

Rick was a great man and will me missed dearly.My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

What can you say about a guy like Rick?  He was a great dad!  He was a happy grandpa.  He was lucky with Lotto!  He liked people.  He would do anything for anyone if asked and he was able.  He could cook (most things I liked LOL).  He was the kind of guy you were glad to call friend.  To know him was to like him and to be related to him...he was one of a kind!!!!  Family was his world.  He could laugh at everything and put a smile on a person's face just by looking at them long enough LOL.  He was a worker that never seemed to stop.  He was a proud man and working was his goal to give his family all that he could.  May he look down on his family and help them through the hard times.  I once heard that all the stars in heaven are our loved ones looking down on us, so may his family pick his star and say goodnight each evening before they turn in.

To the Family of Rick, I knew Rick from School 21. We were boyfriend and girlfriend at 21-.we were just kids. We reconnected a few years ago by email and kept in touch for a while. We actually got to see each other at one of the School 21 reunions. It was so nice to see him again after all those years. Deepest Sympathy to you all. You are all in our prayers. My dad passed away when I was little and no one could ever replace him, but Rick was as close as I could get to a father. He was the best father in law a girl could ever want and I loved him.

I grew up around Rick, Jerry his brother is my uncle,Rick was a good man he always liked to have a good time and laugh, and he loved his family, he will be missed.

I remember just this passed halloween going over to walk around with Jeffrey trick or treating. When we were done, we went back to his house, and sat on the porch watching him pass out the candy to every child that came up to the house. He was so happy, and had so much fun talking to each one about their costume, and how he would give them candy that he thought they represented. You look like a.... or You look like you would like a ..... and put it in their bag, smiling and laughing the whole time.
