96, passed away peacefully Jan. 21, 2012 in Beech
Grove, IN. He was born in Roziten, Latvia to the late Kazmiers and Anna Saltans.
Stanislaus was an active member in the Indianapolis Latvian Community Center and was a Boiler Fireman for St. Francis Hospital for over 27 years.
He is survived by his loving wife Antonina Saltans of 56 years; children Ina (Ronalds) Lacis, Janis Saltans, and Peteris (Dana) Saltans; and granddaughter Sofija Saltans.
Stanislaus was preceded in death by his daughter Marija Saltans.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday Jan. 26th at 1:00 PM at Holy Name Catholic Church Beech Grove.
