She was born in Indianapolis to the late Walter and Lydia Todd. Thelma is survived by her children; Fredrick (Donna) Scott, James Kathy) Scott, Ruth (Greg) See, Thomas Scott, and Eva (Albert) Ellis; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister Juanita Todd Young and brother Fred Todd. She was preceded in death by her husband Chester Ray Scott and daughter Karen Scott.
Funeral Services will be Friday Nov. 27th at Noon at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove chapel with visitation from 11:00 AM till the time of the service.
