William Thomas Babbitt

William T. Babbitt 91, passed away peacefully Nov. 6, 2011. A native of Indianapolis he was a World War II veteran; a police officer for the Indianapolis Police Dept.; Indiana National Guard; and a security officer for the Warren Township his loving wife Rita of 72 years; children Tom (Heidi) Babbitt, Gerry Kennedy, Tim (Sharon) Babbitt, Janis Hamilton, and Beth (Max) Runkle; 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wed. Nov. 9th from 4:00-8:00 pm at Little and Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thurs. Nov. 10th at 10:00 AM in Holy Name Catholic Church Beech Grove. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. www.littleandsonsbeechgrove.com
