On Monday, April 30, 2012, Emilio Gomez Reyes was called home to be with the Lord in Heaven. Once again reunited with his long time canine friend Palomo. Emilio was born on Thursday, August 29, 1957 in Jalisco, Mexico. He was a resident in Tijuana and had a genuine love for building things. He spent over 35 years working on his true passion which was building and repairing cars.
Emilio leaves behind his three daughters Erica Reyes, Jessica Reyes, and Sonia Reyes. Also left to cherish his memory is his granddaughter Alyssa Sierra. He will also be missed by his mother, Maria, who loved him dearly, and his stepfather Ruben, along with family and friends; including his two canine friends Huero and Frijolito.
Memorial Services will be on Sunday, May 6th, 2012 from 9am ~ 3pm held at Funeraria Del Angel Bell located at 4677 E. Gage Ave, Bell, CA 90201. Funeral Mass to be held at Santa Rosa de Lima in the city of Maywood on Monday, May 7th, 2012 at 9am.
