Dianna Agnes Barbato

Our beloved mother, Dianna Agnes Rumore Barbato, died peacefully in her sleep October 23, 2025, at the age of 82 in Houston, Texas. She graduated high school from St. Agnes Academy and a BA at St. Thomas University. Dianna made a career in wholesale art, she loved it.

She is preceded by sister JoAnna Cavin; niece Georgeanna Owens; grand-niece Ashley Owens; and parents Josephine and Sam Rumore. She is survived by daughters Marcella Marie Truesdale and son-in-law Michael Truesdale and Della Beth Barbato; grandchildren Jeremiah Benton Rogers and Junior George Rogers; goddaughter Debbie Schulz and husband Mr. Wonderful Wes Schulz; grand-nieces Faith Ramirez and husband Rudy Ramirez and Renee Palisi.

Services: Visitation will be at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home on Tuesday November 4th from 5 pm to 7 pm at 4525 Bissonnet Street, Bellaire, Texas, 77401. Funeral will be at St. Cyril of Alexandria Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 5th at 10am 10503 Westheimer Road, 77042. Reception following at St. Cyril. Gravesite ceremony will be at 1pm at Holy Cross Cemetery at 3502 N Main St., Houston, 77009.

Her hobbies included music, concerts, plays, art, sunsets, blending essential oils, scrapbooking, antiques, traveling, making people laugh, talking with every person she encountered, flowers, family and sports.
