On October 1, 2011 after walking in from his deck and stating “What a beautiful day” Jerome Anthony Mouton peacefully went home to join his beloved Gloria. Dad/Grandpa/Uncle Jerry was born on July 29,1924 in Lafayette, Louisiana. After a rich and rewarding career with SONAT, he retired to his loves of fishing, hunting, gardening, and family. He will be missed by all those whose lives he touched, his brothers and sisters, his sixteen children and their spouses, his 47 grandchildren and their spouses, his 8 great grandchildren, and his countless friends both in Houston and Bay Harbor. A rosary will be held at Earthman Bellaire Chapel, 6700 Ferris, Texas, 77401 on Wednesday, October 5th at 7:00 pm. Visitation from 6:00-8:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday,October 6th, at 10:30 am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 625 Nottingham Oaks Trail, 77079.
