Ronald Michael Greff

Ron was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 7, 1950, the third of six children born to Genevieve & Richard Greff. He graduated from St. Thomas High School in 1968 where he played lineman on the varsity football team. He then attended Rice University where he also played football.

He was a Master Plumber for over 30 years. When he was not working he enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening and golfing.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his siblings Richard (Carolyn), Vivian Greff Horrocks (Michael), Joe (Selene), Jacquelyn Greff Vance (Larry) and Reggie (Kathy) plus numerous Nieces and Nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Dominic’s Village and Vitas Hospice for the care they provided their brother.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Dominic Village or St. Thomas High School in memory of Ronald Greff.

Visitation will be at 6:00 PM, with Rosary and Vigil Service following, on Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Warren Chapel on St. Dominic Village campus, 2409 Holcombe Boulevard. Mass of the Resurrection with Bishop George Sheltz as celebrant, will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 also at Warren Chapel at St. Dominic Village. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, Westheimer.
