Rosaria “Peggy” Suarez, 86, beloved mom, grandmother, wife, aunt and friend passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 in Houston, Texas. Peggy is survived by her daughter, Linda Grandstaff and her husband, John Grandstaff and her grandchild, Alex Grandstaff.
To know Peggy was to love Peggy. She was beautiful inside and out and she had a heart of gold. Those who knew her best nicknamed her Flo because she was always taking care of others and putting their needs ahead of her own. She went out of her way to help and care for her family and friends. Peggy was a fiercely independent, tenacious, stubborn and very strong woman.
She was deeply loved by many and touched the lives of so many people throughout her life. Peggy will be greatly missed and her kind & caring nature will be remembered by all those who had the privilege to know her.
There will be a memorial mass held in the Spring in New York City and there will be a burial ceremony to be held at Calvary Cemetery.
