

Ann was actively involved in the American Czech Center, and spoke and wrote Czech fluently. She loved to travel, dance, and cook. She cherished spending time with her family and was always happy and smiling. She will be missed dearly by all of her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 27 years, Albert S. Hennigs; her parents Rudolph and Anna (nee Malek) Kroupa; her brother Anthony Kroupa; her cousins Geraldine (John) Ready; and her brother-in-law Arthur Rice.
Ann is survived by her daughters Alana (Earl) McGraw of Freeburg, Illinois, Janice (Gary) Nester of Belleville, Illinois, and Tina (Jim) Sonsoucie of Belleville, Illinois; her grandchildren Brandon (Wendy) McGraw, Clinton (Lindsey) McGraw, Katie (Clark) Kaericher, Zachary Nester, Justin (Kim) McNutt, and Gavin McNutt; her great grandchildren Alexander McGraw, Nicholas McGraw, Alexis McGraw, Fox McGraw, Vivien Kaericher, and Abbey Walker; her sister Diane Rice; her nieces Annette Rice, Vicky (Mike) Hauser and Tara (Steve) Stohl, other nieces and nephews; and her brother-in-law Kurt (Marsha) Hennigs.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Czech Center and the Alzheimer’s Association.
