

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Darvin Weatherford; sons, Richard Weatherford and Dennis Weatherford; her parents, Lester and Dora (nee Czarnecki) Slade; and a sister, Jean Webb.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Pam (Bill) Gallagher; grandchildren, Kimberly Weatherford, Mandy (Shawn) O’Connor, Jenn (Shawn) Weatherford, and Brittany Weatherford; great grandchildren, Owen and Addie O’Connor, Maddy and Leland Thomure, and Emmy Weatherford; Kinzie and Ryleigh Gibbs, and Jaxon Shrout; daughter in law, Michelle Weatherford; sister, Judy Baczewski; sister in law, Peggy Messner; nieces and nephews; cousins, and many, many friends especially her Keystone Place Family.
Bonnie worked as a clerk at Bollmeier Hobby Shop for many years. Bonnie then worked at and retired from Bank of America. She enjoyed spending time with her family, baking cookies, traveling, playing cards with friends, and various activities and crafting. Her smile lit up a room. She was always the first person to offer to help another.
The family would like to thank the staff at Keystone Place at Richland Prairie for the kindness and compassion they always showed her, especially at the end of her life.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.

Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
