He is preceded in death by his father, Darvin Weatherford, and brother, Richard Weatherford.
Dennis is survived by the love of his life, Michelle Denise (McWilliams) Weatherford; mother, Bonnie Weatherford; daughters, Kimberly Weatherford, Jenn (Shawn) Weatherford, and Brittany Weatherford; grandchildren, Kinzie and Ryleigh Gibbs, Jaxon Shrout, Maddy and Leland Thomure, and Emmy Weatherford; sister, Pam (Bill) Gallagher, sisters-in-law Mary Beth (Danny) Wuest, Nora (Fred) King; two aunts, Judy Baczewski and Peggy Messner; nieces and nephews; cousins, and many, many friends as Dennis never met a stranger.
Dennis was a Private Investigator. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and helping others. Kids and animals loved him as he much as he loved them.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.

Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
