Monica was the devoted mother of daughter Michelle Klein and is survived by her parents, Richard Paclik and Joyce Paclik (Jones); brother, Charles (Yuki) Paclik; sister, Theresa (Rod) Horn (Paclik); and brother, John (Robin) Paclik.
Visitation: Visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, located at 3412 Frank Scott Pkwy W, Belleville, IL 62223.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. following visitation, on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the funeral home.
