Opal R Wetzel

Opal was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Caseyville, Illinois, She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Wetzel; parents, Harry and Stella, nee Midkiff, Mason; and a devoted uncle, Alfred Midkiff.

Surviving are her loving children, sons, Wayne Wetzel and Larry (Lori) Wetzel, her daughter, Carolyn (Tom) Chaney; grandchildren, Shane, Ryan, Jennifer Rose, Stephanie, Adam, Olivia, Lyndsey, Richard, Ashley, Aden and Aubrey; several great grandchildren, devoted cousins, Phyllis Scott, Patricia Scharf and David Midkiff

Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, July 17, 2017 at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois
